Selin Ustuner
Selin Ustuner is working as a content development and design consultant and professional coach at Evolve Leadership and Coaching. She designs and delivers leadership development, team development, personal and team coaching programs. As a certified professional coach, provides executive coaching services in the organizational context, mainly for first level managers and management candidates; and change and development coaching for individuals.
As of March 2018, she is appointed as a member of the supervision board at EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Turkey. She is also giving consultancy regarding individual and program accreditation processes and requirements; as well as administering member relations at EMCC Turkey.
She completed her professional coaching studies at Adler International Learning Central Europe in 2016; and completed the Advanced Level Coaching Program – Practicum in 2018. She completed the foundation module of the International Systemic Team Coaching program developed by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), UK.
She took Transactional Analysis (TA) trainings facilitated by EMCC Turkey. She applies Gestalt as a foundational approach in her program design and coaching practices. Since 2015, she has been studying Gestalt Psychology; enhancing her knowledge on fundamentals of Gestalt approach on life, on developmental stages of consciousness and on chakra studies with Gestalt perspective. She completed Gestalt Practicum program and advanced herself as a its practitioner.
She started her career in human resources field being eager to use the marketing perspective in a way that creates value for people within the organizations, after completing her education in Marketing and Strategy. She worked as a recruitment consultant, and then took a direction in training and development field. She developed content for training programs and designed learning materials, translated and adapted leadership development programs into Turkish language and business context.
She studied Business Administration at Marmara University in Istanbul and graduated in 2009 with specialization in Marketing. In 2011, she graduated from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK receiving her MSc. in Marketing and Strategy.
As an enthused believer in personal awareness and growth she is studying psychology, philosophy and trying to encounter and experience new disciplines by attending various workshops and courses both in Turkey and internationally.
